Rtn. Adekemi Ololade Folorunso Assumes Presidency of Rotary Club of Ikoyi-Metro
In a grand ceremony held at the Westwood Hotel in Ikoyi, the Rotary Club of Ikoyi-Metro celebrated the handover of leadership to its 22nd president, Rtn. Adekemi Ololade Folorunso. The event, which took place on the 27th of June, was attended by numerous esteemed Rotarians and non-Rotarian dignitaries
The presence of Rtn. Folorunso’s husband, Mr. Folorunso, added to the significance of the occasion as he stood by his dear wife, showing unwavering support for her new role as president. The event also saw the esteemed presence of District Governor Ifeyinwa Ejezie, Chartered president Mike ILEKA, Past Assistant Governor Florence EgbeYemi, Assistant Governor Laurine Ubanozie, Past President Dele Oyewunmi, as well as other Rotarians, clergymen, guests, and friends.
This handover ceremony marked the beginning of Rtn. Folorunso’s tenure, during which she will lead the Rotary Club of Ikoyi-Metro. Her dedication to service and passion for Rotary’s humanitarian initiatives have earned her the trust and confidence of the club members.
